No matter how much food we have tasted, as Malaysian, we will fondly love the taste of Malaysian Food as we discover it at Sepiring at Mid Valley which serves some unique Malaysian Food. We are here to find out exactly what so unique about the Malaysian food that is served here.

We started off with some Malaysian rice dishes for this review. For Kelantan folks, this Nyonya Nasi Ulam with Ayam Percik RM25.90 will definitely appeal to you. In place of the familiar Nasi Kerabu, the chef gives it a twist with a marriage of the Nasi Ulam. Served with Keropok Lekor at the sides with a lovely Telur Masin, the dish is absolutely tasty.

Next, we had the Nasi Pandan with Ayam Berempah RM21.90. The chicken was fried to a deep crisp. Paired with the fragrant Nasi Pandan together with Nasi lemak ingredients like the Kacang Goreng, Fried Ikan Bilis, hard boiled eggs and cucumber and its delightful sambal, one can easily mistake this dish as Nasi Lemak.

We love the next rice dish which is the Nasi Kunyit with Curry Chicken RM15.90. Love the flavourful Nasi Kunyit as you could have eaten it by itself. Paired with the Curry Chicken, it was a simple yet tasteful dish. You would feel a close association to eating this curry chicken with Roti Jala though.

For those that loves Noodles, you can try out the Nyonya Laksa RM18.90. Served with Prawns, chicken slices and bean sprout with a fragrant and creamy Nyonya laksa broth.

Another choice for noodles with be the more typical Curry Laksa RM18.90. Served with a prawn wanton with grilled chicken meat, tau foo pok and long beans,

while for those that fancy the sourish taste will be able to taste the Penang Assam Laksa RM18.90.

To add a new twist was a marriage of an Italian pasta which is the Spicy Smoked Beef Pasta RM16.90.

At Sepiring; you can also taste some of the Malaysian favourite snack dishes like the Yam Cake RM13.90

We like the homemade shrimp sauce that comes with this Penang Rojak RM12.90. For those that loves the smell of the Bunga Kantan, this Rojak has sprinkles of julienne Bunga Kantan to add more flavour to this simple Penang delight.

For durian lovers, this Durian Pancake RM14.90 is a snack to try. Served chilled, you will be able to taste the enchanting durian taste in the filling. This is most ideal if you yearn for Durian especially during the off Durian season.

For desserts, you can also try the Bubur Cha Cha RM8.00

or end your meal with a Gula Melaka Latte RM12.00

These 2 Ais Kacang will be introduced after the after 9th January 2017.

So you are game for local Malaysian taste, then Sepiring is definitely a good choice for you with their array of local Malaysian favourite dishes.
